Water Parks Open Tomorrow!

My sister just informed me that all of the water parks open up tomorrow! I'm so glad. My kids need something new to do! It's pretty sad when I watch Jon & Kate plus 8, and that Kate lady seems to being doing more with her 8 kids than I do with my 2! LOL. Anyhow, I love when the seasons change to mix up things a little bit.

Book Exchange!

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone wants to participate in a book exchange for your kids? A friend of mine gave it to me, but I only want to send it to people who really want to do it. My sisters absolutely hate doing them, so I would hate to send it to someone who doesn't want to do it. Just let me know!

Kite Flying!

Last Saturday we took the kiddos to the park to fly kites. They had a fun time, but I think Mike enjoyed it more than they did. Madison had been asking us for awhile if we could go fly kites, so we decided to take them. I know, we're pretty boring these days!

Luke asleep.......

For those of you that know my kids, they tend to go to bed rather late and fight going to bed at all. The other night Mike was at a bishopric meeting and Madison and I were watching American Idol. Luke was playing with his toys and would come in and out of the room. After about 20 minutes of not seeing him, Madison went in his room and came back to me and said,"Mommy, Lukey fell asleep on my bed!" I had to take a picture of that, since I'm usually forcing him to lay down. I wish that crazy little boy would make bedtime that easy every night!

Mike's Graduation Last Year!

I can't believe it has already been a year since Mike's graduation! It is so nice having him all done with school. This last year flew by! He now works at an outpatient clinic. His goal is to have his own practice in the near future! It is so nice knowing when he gets home he doesn't have to go in the room and study! He is so good about coming home and spending time with the kids. (By that time, mommy needs a break!) I am so proud of him and all his accomplishments!

Lukey!

I think I've become a blogging fanantic! Today, I'm going to blog about Luke! He has many names in our family, Lukey, Lukester, Woogy, Woogity Wook, etc. He is definitely all boy! He loves to beat up on his big sissy Madison, and poor little Madi doesn't know how to defend herself. He loves Buzz and Woody, and ELMO. No matter where we go he has to have his na na (Pacifier) . (I don't know how I'm going to get rid of that!) He loves to sing Taylor Swift songs with Madi and does a pretty good job! (Daddy's not real fond of that!) His favorite thing to eat is Fwoot Snacks (as he calls them)! He will climb on just about anything. If there's something that he isn't supposed to find or have, He will find it. He is full of energy and is so much fun!

Madi's Ear Piercing Experience

For those of you that don't know, for Madi's 4th birthday I took her to get her ear's pierced at Libby Lu's! (very cute store!) I thought they were going to pierce both ears at once, but that was not the case! After they did the first ear, Madi looked at me terrified and wondering why I was letting them do this to her! Then they did the second ear and she lost it! I do have to say she did extremely well though. I was expecting much worse. She went to preschool and told everyone she has earrings like mommy's now! So Cute!
