Things I should be doing...

1. Playing with my kids
2. Working out
3. Cleaning my house
4. Organizing my house
5. Laundry
6. Grocery shopping
7. Eating healthy
8. Getting off my butt!

These are all things I should be doing but the past week I have no desire to do any of them...and no I am NOT pregnant! Does anyone else ever get this way? I thought the New Year would bring me motivation, and I am not at all motivated these days....aaahhhh....I think I need a vacation!

I think it's called January. That's how I always feel after the holidays. We're in the same boat.

I feel like I've been trying to do all of those things, and haven't succeeded. I can't seem to check off anything on my list!

Yes, especially with the cleaning. My frustration is that every day is the same. It's hard to keep motivated.

Oh Yes I have totally felt like it!
Sometimes setting little goals each day help accomplish the "bigger picture". Example: I am running a 5K in early March so that is getting me motivated to work out, stay on schedule. I also try to put a few goals on my kitchen chalkboard each day so I have a plan and feel like I am getting stuff done big or small.HTH!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I go on occasional "strikes" where I don't do any of the things I "should be doing." There's always next week!
