Neglected...

Mike and I are so busy lately with Kindergarten, preschool, soccer, work, business, you name it! At night, both of us usually end up in the office working for an hour or so on paperwork. Luke kept wanting me to go lay with him upstairs one night, since Madi was already asleep. I kept telling him to wait just a minute. Well, I got busy doing what I was doing, and when I looked behind my chair this is what I found...Isn't he the cutest?
I've been trying to be better lately about not pushing him and Madi to the side while I get things done...(though it's hard sometimes)! He is definitely a little momma's boy! I love this little guy, even when he climbs in my bed in the middle of the night, or insists that I carry him when we pick Madi up for school. I actually try to enjoy it lately...he's growing up way too fast!

Pumpkin Patch

Last week I took Madi and Luke to the pumpkin patch. We went with a large group so we only had to pay $5 per child. They got to go on each ride once, go in the petting zoo, and pick out their own little pumpkin.

This pretty much describes me lately! My poor kids (and hubby)...I really felt like horns were shooting out of my head earlier today:) I cannot wait for vacation!

Madison's Soccer Game

Last Saturday, Madi had her first soccer game of the season. Her team is called the Ladybugs. Her team lost, but she did an awesome job. I definitely think soccer is her sport! She absolutely loves it, and she's really good at it!

Luke's 1st day of Preschool

Today was Lukesters first day of Preschool! He was so excited to finally go and take his spiderman backpack. He loved it. (which I was grateful for, since a couple of months ago he wouldn't stay in nursery!) He looked so cute. It makes me sad to think my baby isn't a baby anymore:(

Kindergarten

Madi started Kindergarten today! She did such a good job and was so excited to go! I, on the other hand, was scared to death for her! I started worrying about anything and everything that could go wrong! She did great though! When I asked her how it was she said, "BOOORING!" Well, that wasn't quite the response I was expecting! LOL. I didn't think I'd have such a hard time with her going, but I was so stinkin nervous for her! There are a lot of her little friends from our ward in her class, so I think that helps a little bit!

I'm a little relieved, now that the first day is done! But, I still have lots of fears. I guess it's just the mother in me:)

Saturday night I went to the Daughtry concert! Can you say...hot, hot, hot! LOL. The concert was awesome!
